Megan M. Famular

Director of Schools

Megan Famular coaches and trains schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and the Diocese of Wilmington in implementing the Healey Advancement Methodology.

Megan has a wealth of experience in development, marketing, board management, alumni relations and volunteer management. Prior to joining the Foundation, she served as Associate Director of Major Gifts and Leadership Programs at St. Joseph’s University where she managed a prospect pool of over 100. She also managed the New York Council and Women’s Leadership Council. Megan worked to create SheUnited – a comprehensive, year-long program to connect, network and inspire the women of Saint Joseph’s University.

Prior to her roles at St. Joseph’s University, Megan served as the Program Specialist for Development and Alumni Relations in the Dean’s Office of the Fox Business School at Temple University. Her team raised an annual budget of $5 million.

Megan earned her Executive MBA and BA from St. Joseph’s University.
