Megan M. Famular

Vice President

An accomplished executive with extensive strategic and operational expertise in education and non-profit management, Megan Famular is skilled in head of school and advancement director searches, hires and onboarding as well as in school advancement, enrollment management, governance and business operations. Megan oversees the Foundation’s partnership development, the creation and delivery of learning content to a national audience and organizational development.

Megan mentors heads of school, directors of advancement, board leaders and pastors to build, onboard and coach Boards of Specified Jurisdiction in implementing data-informed cultures of accountability and transparency in their schools to forward their meaningful missions. During her first four of six years with the Foundation, she directly supported the start-up of 11 Boards of Specified Jurisdiction at schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, the Diocese of Wilmington and the Diocese of Allentown.

Megan has extensive experience conducting constituent focus groups and leadership interviews as well as performing SWOT analyses. She reports this research through Institutional Assessments that define schools’ assets and liabilities, highlight strategic priorities and guide each board’s vision. 

Prior to joining the Foundation, she worked in major gifts and alumni relations leadership roles at St. Joseph’s University and the Fox Business School at Temple University. She also launched an inaugural national event for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Megan earned her Executive MBA and BA from St. Joseph’s University.
