Nicole DiCroce

Executive Assistant / Office Manager

Nicole DiCroce serves as Executive Assistant to the President and Office Manager of the Healey Education Foundation. With more than 20 years in executive and office support and event planning, Nicole brings to Healey the ideal combination of vendor and project management expertise.

Nicole’s “can do” attitude and follow-through keep the Foundation on schedule through technology upgrades, fundraising and awards events and staffing transitions. She manages and makes recommendations on the technology and service providers required to operate the Foundation’s office in Mount Laurel, NJ. She also serves as board secretary for both the Healey Education Foundation and the Catholic Partnership Schools.

As Executive Assistant, Nicole provides administrative support and coordinates special projects related to Christine Healey’s work and board responsibilities for a number of organizations. Among them are FADICA, the Philanthropy Roundtable, JerseyCan and NCEA. Nicole has also planned numerous philanthropic events, including evening cruises through the Healey family connection to the Viking Yacht Company.

Before joining Healey, Nicole served for 10 years as Facilities Manager and Executive Assistant to the President & CEO of American List Counsel, Dow Jones, in Princeton, NJ. She had also been Events Coordinator for Ruth’s Hallmark in Marlton, NJ.

Nicole is a Board Certified Holistic Practitioner with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, Galveston, TX, and a Notary Public.
